RecommendedI can’t say enough about the WellNow Urgent Care on Western Ave. The friendly greeting at the front desk to the assistants to the PA Adrienne Coble excellent customer service I had a bad ear ache and after my diagnosis and prescription on my way to felling much better I recommend this place 100 percent I work for A big Hospital and will come here from now on I’m glad they are here for me. 5 stars to them a very happy patient !!!!

Went to WellNow so my parents could be Covid tested. They refused to give them their results, saying they needed to see the doctor. Why? To gouge Medicare? So now they’ve wasted two tests and my parents don’t know if they should isolate or not.

I had the misfortune of encountering the unprofessional, filthy and poor quality of care of the Oneida, NY location of WellNow Urgent Care. Even in a non-covid19 environment this facility would not meet the minimum of a sanitary medical facility. The clerical staff lacked basic office skills and the proper use of the English language absent of slang. took my young family member to wellnow in dunkirk,ny for a sinus infection. she gets this every year. she knows what a sinus infection feels like. i know what a sinus infection looks like and i am a nurse. so well now physicians assistant tests her for covid. not just 1 rapid swab but also a long acting swab because the rapid came back negative she says and the longer tests are more accurate. i think this is ridiculous but fine. then we leave with nothing to help her sinus infection which is painful for her head,sinuses and ... read more

My boyfriend went to the East Greenbush location today for a rapid test. He was told they had a 2 hour wait, to come home and they would text him. 7:15 came around and he called to ask if he was still getting tested today. They told him yes. He drove 20 mins there and waited an HOUR more. Then they straight up locked the doors and when he went and knocked, they told him they were closed and to leave. WHATTTT?!?! Livid. Beyond livid.

RecommendedThank you to the woman from the East Greenbush office where we normally go(wish I could remember her name). When I called and found out there was no X-ray tech on site she took the time to call other offices and find one that had one and promptly called me back. It was late and very close to closing and we didn’t want to sit in the ER for hours.
