RecommendedThe staff at the North Utica site was beyond amazing tonight with my son and I! They’re very kid oriented there. Not sure of everyone’s names but I did tell them my son is being tested for autism and he don’t talk and maybe scared so they got down to his level and talked with him. Was informed by a provider there yesterday that being for profit is their priority not actually healthcare. Their mission is money and that is it. Please go anywhere but this company, they will not put your wellness first.

RecommendedWellnow in Gates was great! They got myself and 3 daughters in and out quickly! They were so great with them too! Great staff! Best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Thank you! 😃
They do not tell you that your insurance may not cover your COVID tests until after they give you the tests. At least that happened to me in Latham, NY. I am not happy about that

They schedule same day appointments for covid testing. If you want to get jerked around make sure you’re on the website at 12 am that’s when it opens spots up for same day appointments and they fill up in about 15 mins. Input my license and insurance information and was scheduled a time. Wasn’t until I got to my appointment that they said it was going to be $290 out of pocket for a covid test to return to school. At 11am I scheduled a time for a rapid COVID test. They were given all my insurance info and drivers ID. My appointment was at 5:45PM. I received messages about checking in and waiting in my car. Not until I walked in the door did they inform me that they wouldn’t do the test because I have Blue Cross insurance. They won’t let you pay out of pocket unless you are uninsured. RecommendedAn unfortunate and stupid accident brought me to the urgent care facility in Glens Falls last night. From the time I called to check on availability to seeing a PA, getting an xray etc the service was amazing. Highly recommended!!

RecommendedI have been to the Niskayuna WellNow twice now, once for me, once for my toddler, and had wonderful service from Check-in, Nurse, PA, Phlebotomist, and Doctor to Check-Out.
