I scheduled an appointment an unfortunately the system crashed . The staff was Amazing they fit me in for a COVID Test . They went above and beyond . They ware understaffed and STRESSED. But continue to do a great job

never answers their phones, even after 10+mk minutes of ringing and puts you on hold when they finally do only to never come back with the answers you're looking for. super unprofessional !

I called and they said no appointment needed, come over and we will get you right in . We get there they said oh 1 hour wait, A hour and 15 minutes later not in yet ! They lie ! They just want your $$$

I brought my 9 year old daughter in for a gashed open head injury at almost 11pm we were on our way to the emergency room at gfh when we saw they were open which by the way is awesome!!! All the staff was amazing they brought her right back as soon as we walked in and Mr. Ray took great care of her he talked her through everything and was really good with her she needed 5 staples which was a big deal because she's never been through anything like this he was just so phenomenal in the way he handled the situation with her... ... read more

Well, I realize as a walk-in for a COVID test, there’s going to be a wait. However, I walked in at 1pm and they said there would be about a 3 hour wait. Ok. I’ll wait. I’ve waited 5 hours so far and when I asked how much longer, first they said “well maybe you can come back at 8am tomorrow, which is what they told the next several people looking to get tested. Next day I’m sure I would be waiting behind several people for many more hours. So after waiting in my car for 5 hours already, they tell me it’s going to be 2 more ho... read more

We paid 130 each for four people directly to Wellnow for the visit and then another 100 each for the RT-PCR tests labs to fly back to Europe. Per regulations they must be within 72 hours. We were at the WellNow center at 8am on Saturday as they said lab work would go out at 11am in a precious call, explained the urgency of flights, etc. The WellNow center did NOT send them to the labs ion Saturday as promised, did NOT put stat on the orders. Now we are 2 hours from our first flight and we are still waiting for our result... read more

Very disappointed!!!!! Made an appointment 2 days prior for antibodies test. Came, waited in the car for over an hour to be called in. After I was put in the room staff realized they are missing tubes for the test (no one apparently checks supply in the office) rescheduled my appointment 3 days later. I had an appointment at 10:00am and my Husband at 11:00am. I was told not to worry since they rescheduled me they will take me and my husband at the same time. I called this morning to see if they would see my 10 month old who has a runny nose, and a lot of snot. They told me over the phone that they would see him after a 30 minute drive. We arrive there tried to register and the lady said how they didn’t recommend doing a rapid on a 10 month old. She proceeded to tell me to go home and quarantine for 14 days or until symptoms subside. They would not examine him at all.
