I think the activities is one area they could improve on. Everything else is pretty good. I would recommend the Atria Rancho Park to my friends or to anyone looking for a nice community. The facility is very clean. The staff has been very friendly and welcoming. I can't rate the care services because my loved one is in independent living. It is not applicable. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

They are really extremely friendly. I am very appreciative of how understanding they are when my dad is not in a good mood for the day. They call me and we collaborate together and work through it towards the best solution. I am happy to have my father there at Atria Rancho Park and would highly recommend them.

The staff is very friendly. They have good entertainment and good meals. The Atria Rancho Park is a nice community. Everyone seems to be very friendly. My mother is happy here. She is also comfortable.

They people at Atria Rancho Park were extremely helpful in getting my parents moved in, even assembling some complicated new furniture for them. They really went way above and beyond expectations. My in-laws are super super happy there. All of the staff from top to bottom have been extremely gracious and warm and welcoming, and have made them feel very welcome and at home. I can't even think of anything they could do to improve.

The experience we have had with Atria Rancho Park has really been great. Dad is really happy there, and we are really happy with them. The only area I can think of where they might could improve would be with the activities. The activities seem more geared for women (crafts and such) and as such my dad does not take part in them. It would be good to have some more creative activities geared towards men.

On our first visit to Atria Rancho Park I was sold. The facility looks more like a resort than an assisted living facility. Very clean and well maintained. The staff is fabulous, they showed great concern for our situation and what we were going through. Moving you mother from her home she has lived in for the past 40 years is not easy. The Staff worked very hard to make my mother feel welcome and at home. I feel the people that work there are the biggest asset. The kitchen is great and my mother has made some good Freinds. she is happier there than she was at home because she has more people to talk to.

It was a bigger place with over two hundred people. They spoke my loved one’s language. It wasn’t a bad place. She was active. There could have been more activities. The community was more ethnic which was comfortable for us.

They have an exceptionally friendly staff. It’s ten times better than where we had our loved one before. They’ve been able to get my loved one involved in activities. It’s just independent living so you can’t age in place there, but for independent living they are an exceptional value for the money.
