On our first visit to Atria Rancho Park I was sold. The facility looks more like a resort than an assisted living facility. Very clean and well maintained. The staff is fabulous, they showed great concern for our situation and what we were going through. Moving you mother from her home she has lived in for the past 40 years is not easy. I feel the people that work there are the biggest asset. The kitchen is great and my mother has made some good Freinds. she is happier there than she was at home because she has more people to talk to.

It was a bigger place with over two hundred people. They spoke my loved one’s language. It wasn’t a bad place. She was active. There could have been more activities. The community was more ethnic which was comfortable for us.

They have an exceptionally friendly staff. It’s ten times better than where we had our loved one before. They’ve been able to get my loved one involved in activities. It’s just independent living so you can’t age in place there, but for independent living they are an exceptional value for the money.

After looking at 3 or 4 different options, we really liked that this community is not on a main street. There's a park all the way around it and the environment is sort of woodsy. It's a very nice setting. Also, on the inside, we really like the way it's organized and all the floors have the same footprint. It has a very nice and warm feel. Also, they have a 7am - 7pm kitchen time, so the eating times are very flexible.

They are great! The staff are all very wonderful! My loved one's caregiver is so sweet, and she just fell in love with her! The caregivers are so nice, and all of the residents are nice too. My loved one has already made friends, and they eat meals together and go on walks together. Such a wonderful place!

Contacting a Place for Mom was the best thing I did when I realized that I could no longer let my mom live alone anymore. I spoke with a compassionate and knowledgeable advisor who knew the area, the pros and cons of various settings and who was willing to research who had spaces open. She saved me hours of wasted time and frustration and let me to the perfect place for mom!
