Mum came into the home in a very anxious state but has settled very well. The staff are very warm and friendly and the food is great, think Mum has put on weight.

Very impressed with the way my ex-husband is being looked after. His needs are complex but the staff are wonderful with him.

Very good care home, of the ones we reviewed for my father, this was the best. The rooms are great, like a nice hotel. The building is new and designed for care, not a converted victorian house. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I couldn't wish for a better place or care. Put in a bar and pool, and I'd book myself in!

All of the staff at Westbury Court are friendly, helpful, polite, considerate and above all caring. They make the atmosphere at the home incredibly warm and happy, always making visits a positive experience. It's gratifying to know that Dad is in such capable hands. He's really settled in well and is always saying how well he is being looked after.

My mum has been very happy here in the home. The staff are excellent and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff inform my sister and I if any problems arise. The activities have been excellent during a very difficult period.

I have been very impressed by the home and the caring way in which the manager and staff welcomed my mother into Westbury Court and helped her to settle in. The home has a cheerful atmosphere. Everyone I have met has been friendly and helpful and treated my mother with kindness and respect. I have not rated food and drink as due to Covid restrictions I have not seen the meals provided.

This care home is kept clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern and the staff are very supportive of both my parents who live there. Covid has been very difficult with visiting but things are now heading in the right direction and I hope we will have greater flexibility soon, with visiting times and the numbers of visitors increasing from next week.
