Overall satisfaction with Westbury Court care home. It is excellent and equal to a five-star hotel. Wonderful carers and staff who go that extra mile - a credit to the company.

Westbury Court is a very homely, friendly home. All the staff are easy to talk to and you can phone at any time. My husband loved it there and when he came home, he kept asking to go back. When are you going to take him back? He was cared for and supported excellently. We would certainly use you again - it was lovely to see my husband so happy.

Excellent management, knowledgeable and friendly staff and a beautiful setting for end of life care. Felt so at ease knowing my Dad was well looked after and cared for in his final week, they ensured he was comfortable and keeping his dignity until the end. Massive thank you to all who work at Westbury Court Care Home, would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care given to my sister during her time at Westbury Court. The staff were, without fail, compassionate, caring and professional. During an incredibly difficult time, they went well above and beyond what could be expected of them. they were also amazingly helpful and caring to the whole family. 10/10.

My nan has settled in extremely well into the home and looks better for it. She has a good rapport with all the carers who give her a great standard of care. Nan especially likes all the activities the home does.

I have always felt confident that my aunt is being well looked after and treated kindly. The carers and staff are very caring and friendly whenever we have visited and are always ready to discuss any issues or problems concerning my aunt. They have been brilliant during this pandemic and I believe they have made all the right decisions during this time.

My mother moved to Westbury Court in January 2021. From the start, I found the staff to be extremely helpful and caring towards my mother. Whilst she would find any home difficult to adjust to, the staff have given her and our family 100% support. The home is beautifully decorated and clean throughout. Activities are well structured and the weekly email circular keeps us informed about all the different activities. It is extremely reassuring to see pictures of my mother on the secure website. I came to this care home as I could not care for myself anymore and my husband has been extremely well looked after here for one and a half years and I am enjoying it, being with others.

All of the staff, nurses, front of house and those behind the scenes, cared for my mum like one of the family. They made her comfortable content and more importantly loved through an incredibly difficult and unpredictable year. They showed compassion and professionalism during Mum's final months. We were fortunate enough to be with Mum until the end they cared for us, laughed with us and cried with us when it was time. We cannot thank them enough.
