Great Community! I love the location of my apartment as well as my neighbors. The grounds are kept really clean and I have always felt safe at my complex. I would recommend to anyone looking in Houston!

I feel that the apartment has potential to be a better apartment but I have not been able to see it for myself due to many repairs that I have had since moving there in March.
Very nice apartment I have lived here since June 2014 and have enjoyed my stay. I have not had any problems with other tenants or staff. The only problem I have had was the programming of my number on the front gate. I have asked repeatedly but have never gotten it programmed. That is the only complaint that I have had since moving here.
