So far, it's been great living at Westchase Forest. 2022 is my second year living in Westchase Forest as a student with no regrets. I have great neighbors that look out for each other, a friendly and neat environment to workout, an exclusive gym, swimming pools that are well cared for and suitable for recreational activities, and a lovely play arena for kids. 3 years strong!!! I absolutely love my apt and leasing staff. It has been such a great pleasure living here. I have been here for 3 year and have not felt the need to move. My office staff as I like to claim them as my own are alway attentive and willing to help you. I enjoy them so much that, I will stop in the office to sit and chat with them if they are available. Great Community! I love the location of my apartment as well as my neighbors. The grounds are kept really clean and I have always felt safe at my complex. I would recommend to anyone looking in Houston!
one bd apt kitchen, living room, bedroom, two closets, bathroom, burglary alarm, water sprinkler, smoke detector.
Very nice apartment I have lived here since June 2014 and have enjoyed my stay. I have not had any problems with other tenants or staff. The only problem I have had was the programming of my number on the front gate. I have asked repeatedly but have never gotten it programmed. That is the only complaint that I have had since moving here.
