Our first encounter was with Zach and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Throughout the install he kept us updated as each day went. If we had any concerns or questions he was always available to us. Luke was the installer on our project and he was phenomenal. His workmanship was incredible and we absolutely love our floors! Great products and Customer Service. Christopher met with me at a scheduled time in the showroom and listened to what my flooring needs were. We went through a variety of samples for vinyl flooring and carpet for my home. The installers were very professional as well. We were very happy with our final product and would highly recommend.
Thanks to Corey our sales rep, Chris the LVP installer and Garrett the carpet installer, we have some marvellous new floors in our home. These are all great people to deal with and if a challenge arises, they do the right thing. We recommend them highly.
