What are the benefits of using our Ford OEM parts versus an aftermarket part? You'll get a part that is designed to fit your specific make or model. It's meant to survive the wear and tear associated with your unique car, truck or SUV. An aftermarket part might be mass designed to fit multiple makes and models. It might not fit your specific model. Is there a difference between the two? Absolutely. The OEM part has a higher value because it typically does the job that was intended.

Bad salesman Ray Delgado sold me a lemon. I was overcharged for a 2014 fiesta. Didn't last for a yr. I had service for it to be fixed from west Ford. The car had a recall on it. That's what I was told by another mechanic. He wasn't honest. He takes advantage of people. He is a scammer. I wouldn't recommend him. I finally purchased a cash car from Ford Mcdavaid without any problems. He was friendly of course.I had a down payment. That was his commission to get paid off.His hospitality was good. That about all. He sold me a ba... read more
Westway one of the few dealerships taking advantage of the market with 10-15k markups. Was interested in purchasing one of the F-250s they have available until they unveiled a 15k markup. I went ahead and ordered one from local dealer. Definitely not looking out for the consumers, but trying to capitalize off the shortage of vehicles. If your looking to buy a vehicle, look elsewhere. Good job Westway. I don't need to speak to customer relations either as that is there typical response to other bad reviews.
Most deceptive, manipulative, bait and switch, non-ethical car dealership I have come across. Reserved a Bronco during June 2020. They converted my reservation to order without consulting me. Not even ready to take my build. Very rude people. After months of calls with Ford they finally took my build. At the time of delivery, they added 25k as market adjustment and 3500 as addon. After rejecting their offer, they offered 10k market adjustment. They add markup to a car they got to deliver, by adding them as a dealer during re... read more
Took my car in for a recall. They had the car for 4 months and when my car is ready let me know my battery was dead after they let it sit there for months. They said they'd cover labor, $15, which they then snuck in an extra charge for something else anyways, so I ended up paying the same amount. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they take no responsibility for their mistakes and expect you to pay for it. Go anywhere else
Saw a 2021 Ford Bronco in stock listed at $41k, This was at list price on a high demand vehicle so I was suspicious and waiting for the other shoe. Talked with a internet salesperson for over a week before going to the dealership to see about buying the vehicle. After looking over the vehicle and doing some paperwork, got to test drive the vehicle. While on this test drive the sales rep casually drops the other shoe and WHAT A SHOE it was, The dealership had a premium on top of the listed price of $20,000 to $25,000. But tha... read more
Still waiting on my car title that the sales person got illegally from my bank. We agreed not to press charges if they just mailed it to us immediately. This was in May. Where's my title? Lori Guthrie
I'm writing this review 30 days after purchasing a used car. During this time I could have given them anywhere between 1 star and 5, depending on the day, but looking back at the experience as a whole I landed on 2 stars. I'll start with the good. Keith worked with me the entire time with a smile on his face. He was very respectful and an overall good guy. Unfortunately he is low on the totem pole and when it comes to having the authority to actually get anything meaningful done his hands are tied. I feel for him and at time... read more
They advertise $58,000 for a vehicle and when I called to see if it was available they told me it was and the price was $68,000.
I brought a 2018 F250 that I purchased at this dealer in 2018 to trade in on a new truck and had a letter in my hand saying they could get me into a new truck for a reduced payment. Well, they tried to sell me a “ used” truck that already had damage. I was willing to “ downgrade”to a F150 and they “ beat the bush” about it. And then wanted me to furnish “ proof of residence “ while being financed by the same financial firm ( ford motor credit). Well, I canceled the deal and now I refuse to ever do business with Westway ford ... read more
