I give this clinic all the stars! I live in WI and when it became clear to me that my local vet was not adept in treating heart worms, I was referred by a friend to Dr. Mallorie Enk and I am so beyond grateful that I found her! the vet techs here are super knowledgable and helpful when it comes to answering questions about my baby! they're always here to help, and are so kind to me when I'm worrying about my pet!

Am a new client using WAH. I had a very sick dog and WAH was able to diagnose the problem and solve it. The attending Vet and staff were very attentive to our needs. All were kind and gentle with my baby. Thank you WAH.

I saw Dr Enk today with a puppy and mother dog. She was so caring and professional. I go into the vets office often. I am with rescue. Today was a very hard day. Dr Enk went above and beyond for ARF. I used to go here since the day I got my Yorkie. Moved to another vet. Clinic because I knew someone that worked there. And I still love that clinic. However, it was difficult to get in to see my doctor or any other that worked that day. That's one of the main reasons I really like wheaton animal hospital, no appointment necessary. And I love all the doctors. They really look at all the previous notes/visits and ask a ton of questions about your visit. I've had nothing but great visits here. The front desk personal are not very friendly, yes they do their job, but it seems like it's just too much trouble to be congenial. That said, Hats off to Dr.Pruss---she is fantastic and never rushes us, answering any and all questions.

I saw all the bad reviews and just needed to leave a good one with my experience. We followed Dr. Sarah Pruss from Animal House in Saint Charles Illinois. We have never had anything but good experiences with her for our four previous dogs and one previous cat and now our one year old Chihuahua.front staff we have not had any problems with. they seem to always have plenty of employees upfront to expedite any services needed.
