This that is amazing. Our cat had seizures and they saw him almost right away when we brought him in without an appointment. They were very attentive and gave us lots of information and we're very gentle and caring with our cat. It was also pretty quick and efficient. The vet was amazing very knowledgeable. The separate area for cat waiting is also a nice bonus. The services are also good price. We will always be coming back to Wheaton animal Hospital! I cannot say enough about Wheaton animal hospital. We had a pretty big scare with our dog. They kept me informed every step of the way, gave me my options and were very professional. I loved Dr and appreciated all the follow up they did. I'd recommend them to every pet owner.

So, we have been working with Wheaton Animal Hospital with our Jack Russell for the past couple of years. Our Jack had to be put down due to her kidney disease just before Thanksgiving this year. Folks have always been nice there during regular visits. Nothing but positive vibes and experiences! My girlfriend takes her two dogs here and we've had only good experiences with all vaccines, neuters, and grooms. All staff is very friendly. Recently got one of the dogs tooth extracted and they were very understanding of our concern and was able to squeeze in a last minute appointment for our pup. Always very accommodating. My pup must be in the odd category because she LOVES going to the vet. This speaks volumes to the staff at Wheaton Animal Hospital as I would not trust her in anyone else regarding care for boarding or health checks.

We are so grateful to the Wheaton Animal Hospital for taking excellent care of our cat, Louie. He had a urinary blockage and was very sick. The front desk assistants were kind and efficient as it was very sudden, and we were able to walk in and see Dr. Biesner within 15 minutes. Our cat needed to stay a couple days and during that time Dr. Weidner also took great care of him. Everything was clean, and organized. We brought our boxer in for a broken nail here, today. We had tried to get into a few local vets and they were either booked up for a while or just didn't work out. After doing some research I came upon this animal hospital & decided to give it a call (this was on Saturday around 9-10am), and the girl at the front desk who answered was super sweet and helpful! Documentation wise. Incredibly disorganized, came in for booster shots and she was given the wrong ones. The 'reminder' letters in the mail would come in for all of the wrong vaccination timings which led us to believe, her care was not properly being managed. Working in healthcare I have little patience for medical errors, so we chose a new vet clinic. Cannot complain about the care, The care we received by staff and doctors was always great, they were always good to our dog.

So far, great care of my two kittens and my senior puppy. I recently moved back to the Chicagoland area and needed a new vet. They were able to see me all times as a walk in and helped my pup when she had bad tummy troubles. Only downside I found was when calling the emergency number in the middle of the night, they never called back so I just showed up the next morning as a walk in.
