I got a kitten and proceeded to take her here from a recommendation that I got from the lady who previously had her. First vet visit they did test for worms and did a full exam and then proceeded to tell me she was healthy. If she is healthy why almost two months later is she still sneezing, wheezing and has worms for the second time. She has maybe gained two pounds at most since Iv gotten her. The second visit i specifically asked you to check her breathing and you told me she was fine. I then had to go home and listen to h... read more

So I wrote a review a while ago, but I worried that maybe the emotion of losing an animal kind of colored my review so removed it for a while. I can say with plenty of time and distance behind, that things still ended on a very sour note and I would never go back or recommend their services. We had a kitten who was having some issues with getting a little sick recurrently and not growing very much. We ended up visiting them numerous times about her. The staff was very nice to us throughout until our last visit. Then we cam... read more

I brought my kitten here for a front declaw, as they offer laser surgery & therapy. I will say that the surgery itself appeared to be done as well as it could. My kitten healed quickly & was his normal active & playful self from pretty much the moment he came home. The staff was friendly enough, but the place is extremely loud & busy. Not the type of place I'd want to take my pet to for "regular" vet visits as the level of personal care is pretty much non existent. Where things went wrong is that my indoor only kitten came ... read more

I've now waited over an hour to be seen, I called prior to and was put on hold for 20 minutes, I wish they would have told me this when I called instead of having me come in and wait. I did get a check up call and the doctor was super nice, I realize I was caught up in a moment and should have calmed down, this place has been nothing but awesome to my four legged friends, the wait time never is like that I should have considered that prior to taking them in!

I was here prior to my dog's death. Nobody told me she was dying. Instead, I was told that the symptoms that my dog was having is common in older dogs. Not one time anyone mentioned that it is serious. The vet did do a check up and blood test on her and did not detect or give any indications of my precious dog to have any major concerns. My dog passed away 2 weeks after the visit. After some research at home, asking friends, and other vets I concluded that my dog died from a heart failure. It is incurable but they could'v... read more

Today is the LAST time I ever waste my time at this place. I walked into this business with my dog who was there for a nail clip and a consultation on getting his teeth cleaned. I walked in and as always, the girls were busy. No problem. I had a seat on the bench and was patiently waiting my turn when another lady walked in the door with her pup. The BLONDE who was working at the front desk proceeded to help her and IGNORED me as if I was there just to pass the time. RUDE!! I will find another place to spend my money on my f... read more

The people at the front desk are the main reason I give it two stars (besides the awful parking lot). Very poor service on several occasions, with different people. Also, Sunday's there are NO doctors in so if your dog needs medical help be sure not to go there.

It makes me sad to write a less than awesome review for this place. I've been taking my animals here for over 10 years and have never had a problem until recently. There seems to be a lot of turnover as I don't see the same people working here, which may be part of the problem. I had a couple of bad experiences. My oldest cat, Butch, has a brain tumor. As a result, he can no longer groom himself, and he does not like being groomed by me. So I called the vet to ask if there was anything they could do for him that would ... read more

I stopped going here after Dr. Lancaster left. I went once after he left. My 14-year old dog had a lump on her back and they gave me the cancer speech and said at her age I should just make her comfortable for whatever time she has left. Then they tested the lump in front of me and found out it was just a cyst that was treated with antibiotics. A lot of emotional stress for no reason. Maybe test it first then talk about cancer? I spent 10 minutes mistakenly thinking my dog was dying. Not going back, too corporate, too... read more
