Please do t go to this hospital! They are so busy that they are unorganized. I have had numerous issues with them.my story is too long to write. Just take my word for it!

Previously have been happy but are extremely disappointed with how they are handling appointments. They force you to wait in the parking lot and you can not call ahead to get on the waitlist. My wife and I are educators so waiting in the parking lot with an anxious dog for an hour or hour and a half is less than ideal now, especially now that we are in hybrid/remote learning and are extremely busy. My dog had dental surgery here. Everything looked okay until a couple days after the surgery, I noticed my dog not eating. My dog LOVES food and I was immediately concerned. I got on the phone to speak with the vet who performed the dental surgery, she told me it's normal and not too worry. A week passed and he just didnt seem like himself. PLEASE DO NOT take your animal here, the owner conducts business like a child. EVERYTHING is about money. I brought my dog in yesterday because she ate rat poison. Initially the staff seemed nice until it came down to getting my dog back and paying. They brought my dog out and she was COVERED in black sut from the activated charcoal she was given. Was not happy upon arriving at this hospital due to being new to the area. The parking lot is horrible along with traffic from coming off a busy street. Going in was a different story. The front desk ladies were not nice and little dismissive as a new "potential patient" for them. I waited in the room for the veterinary doctor to show up and it took fifteen minutes. Misdiagnosed my dog he could have died! Saw Dr. Weidner he prescribed Cerenia just an anti nausea drug for 7 lb Chihuahua that may be too strong... on Friday before Memorial Day Weekend he failed to diagnosis Prostatis (infection of the prostate). Dog not getting better call for appointment on Tuesday (after Memorial Day) because they are closed from Saturday til Tuesday!! Bad sign. Disappointed. Have been coming for 4 years and seems more about the money than your pet like it use to be. Dr Pruss was unprofessional and gave wrong information. Dr Cole wanted charge office visit was there 2 weeks ago coming back for blood work and asked he peek in see if dehydrated. Response from Leanna, Dr Cole said he could for full office visit fee. Taking my pets where people care like they use to be here.

I really thought that I had a good relationship with this vet. I have a pug n they have been kind to us. On my last visit, I was surprised when my bill was almost FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I paid it and then started looking at the bill. I always ask about the price of things and they know this. After reviewing my bill I called to ask WHY my bill was so high. I am so disappointed in my experience at this animal hospital. I brought in 2 kittens that were abandoned by their mom and left in a warehouse. The employees at the warehouse had put them in a cage and had been feeding them, litter, etc for a few months. After doing an exam the lady told me to surrender them to the county where they would be euthanized - that they were FERAL, they had no business being around my family, and would never adjust due to their circumstances.
