I went on Pet-finder looking for a bunny to adopt. I saw the cutest little guy named Buster, so I immediately called this animal hospital to set up an appointment to meet him. The First Lady I talked to had no idea about the bunny, so she transferred me to her manager who was able to answer all my questions and set up the appointment. She made it very clear that he was first come first serve, so that there was a chance he may get adopted within the next two days before my appointment. Waited over an hour, didnt even see a dr. Front desk staff is very immature and unfriendly. Walk-ins that came after us were in and out before we were even in a room. I asked to speak with the office manager and was told by the front desk that there isn't one. She probably wasnt lying, as this place is horrible as a business. It doesn't matter how great the drs are if you can't see them, and the front desk acts like teenagers with no supervision. We will never come back, and will tell friends of our horrible experience

They don't know what they are doing and it's expensive!!!! My ginger cat was having urinary issues when I first went to them for his annual shots. They did a test and told me he has got crystals. Asked me to give prescribed hills stress c/d food with some antibiotics. I used to feed my cat dry purina food in morning and ground beef for dinner. They gave sample food for a week. The lack of urgency in the place is astounding. I have brought my dog here for the past 10 years and I will never go back again. Three months ago my dog kept collapsing so I rushed him here and the receptionist deemed this as "not urgent" and it took 35 minutes for a vet to see him. I called ahead to let them know I would be there in 15 minutes and once I got there they kept letting non emergency visits go ahead of us. The staff is very friendly. I made an appointment for rabies shots and they told me $40, when I went to pay ended up being $118. The lady at the counter told me the $40 is the shot the rest of the exam. The vet looked at my dogs eyes ears and groin. I'm not exaggerating when I say this, it was a total three minutes to do the "exam" and give my dog a shot. I for sure won't be going there anymore

We have been taking our very large and very fluffy dog for grooming for several years and have been really happy. Today AFTER we drop him off, we received a call telling us we needed to pay an additional $55 so their vet can do an annual. We offered to come get him and refused and they agreed to groom him "since he was already there." We have a long term relationship with a vet, brought all of his records to show he is up to date. I used to love this place, but it has gone seriously downhill in the last year. From the expensive care to needless shots to a barely competent front office to friends I've recommended come here who have had horrible experiences. My last straw was my animals annual visit. The vet was nice enough and I really liked him but I didn't like all the "extras" I was told my dog needed to have her teeth cleaned. I have very mixed feelings about this place. Most of the doctors seem knowledgeable and were always very nice, but we have now had two terrible experiences and will not be going back- we are transferring vets today. We have had two terrible mis-diagnosis in our time here. First, my 13 year old jack russell who we lost almost a year ago, who started coughing badly which we were told was just a symptom of getting older, and to give him cough syrup. The place is clean and seems to be pretty popular. I struggle with the business side. When we first got our puppy, we had taken her in for shots, and when we came out were told our bill for her vaccines but the doctor did not take the time to communicate to us what each vaccine was for, if we really NEEDED to do it, or how much it costs.
