I recently had to put my cat to sleep and was worried that given Covid that the experience would be even harder than it would normally be. Dr Reid and all the staff at Whites went out of their way to make it as smooth as possible. They were all incredibly kind and gave me as much time as I needed both before and after putting her to sleep. Dr Reid especially was amazing as she sat with me and my cat and made sure I had everything I needed.

I'd like to write a special thank you to Noreen, who I believe is one of the office workers/ receptionists at White's Pets. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help with our paperwork getting our sweet old goldendoodle the documents he needed to join us during our move abroad during this crazy time. I would highly recommend them if you need a dog certificate for travel. Many thanks...he's finally here! :)

We've been going to Whites since 1981. Their staff is always friendly and helpful and we are confident our pets are in excellent care. Most recently our dog Noel was seen and rapidly diagnosed with a liver mass. Dr Casaus was quite attentive and sensitive to Noel and both myself and my husband. Explaining test results and managing Noel's care through out. Noel was also treated by Dr McFarlin and she was also very helpful. I've been taking my dog to White's for the past four years. They always take such good care of her. Dr. Weiss always calls to keep me updated on how any kind of procedure goes and communicates clearly about any issues. Even during COVID-19 when their operations are more hectic due to social distancing, we've had nothing but positive experiences.

Fantastic!! They are simply the most caring team and pet hospital, we have found. Our experience with White's Pet Hospital has been phenomenal. After being overcharged and burdened with the busyness and attitudes of our last veterinarian's office (okay, La Cumbre Animal Hospital if you must know), White's Pet Hospital was a dream. My husband and I have been using White's for about 2 decades, since before we got married. In this period White's has treated our 5 pets, 2 big dogs and 3 cats. Our experience has always been positive and the bills for procedures have come in below the estimates. Dr. Casaus is patient and kind to both pets and their peeps, and will explain things in terms as technical as the customer would like.
