We have been going to whites pet hospital for over 10 years. We have had 4 dogs they have seen. Our golden retriever holly went in today because she has some form of spinal pain. They took good care of her, as usual. We highly recommend whites and the entire staff. They are the best

One day last week our elderly lab was having extreme pain and difficulty walking, we had to carry her to the yard for her to take care of business. We were afraid we'd have to put her down. Whites Pet Hospital staff and especially Dr. Reed-was very kind and professional. She was attentive, diagnosed issues with knee , ankle and hip arthritis as well as urinary infection and provided us with meds that have turned or lives around. We needed to establish a relationship with a local vet in Santa Barbara. White's was recommended to us, so we made an appointment. Met with Dr. Kelly and spent about an hour with her. She was very detailed and really took her time getting to know us and our two dogs. We have a senior pup, with lots of issues and a young whipper snapper who has high level anxiety and progressive retinol atrophy. So, they are quite a handful. My pup had an emergency at an inopportune time. White's was booked solid due to Saturday vaccination clinics, but juggled seeing my pooch as a drop off and treated her between activities. It was awesome to be worked in this way, my only other option was emergency which I hated the idea, since they don't have any of my dog's history. Love this place. They are all very professional and very helpful. I have a dog who's a little skittish and afraid of pretty much everything and it causes him to get aggressive. This was the first place to be so understanding of our situation and so accommodating to his needs. I definitely recommend anyone to come here. Once your here it's great only reason I gave four stars was because every time I call to either make a appointment or to place a order for flee medication I always get put on a hold longer than 10 min.

We take our Great Dane/lab mix here for vet care and boarding. These folks are honest, non-pressuring, and they take great care of our boy! We love the dog run during Leroy's boarding, and also the 15 minute walks. Great facility and great people. 5 stars!

Wow amazing customer service. I spoke with Cara (Kara?) in the office. She really went above and beyond to help me. I am not a client of White's but was visiting Santa Barbara and forgot my dogs pain meds at home. I called several vets and no one would help me but Cara really worked with me and did all she could to get me a few days worth of medication. Thank you so much!!
