White's is the best! I recently had to put my dog down and they were all so compassionate and caring...I just couldn't believe how kind they were to me and we had never been there before. I would highly recommend taking your pet here. They are the nicest group of employees and they treated me and my dog with such kindness. Everyone that works here is wonderful. I have been taking my animals to White's since 1997. Dr. McFarlin is amazing with the animals. She is very knowledgeable, has diagnosed several difficult cases for me, consults outside experts when necessary, and got my dog through leptospirosis. Dr. McFarlin is always works very well with all my animals, often calls me on her days off with test results. We've been going to White's for decades. Before that, we'd had some negative experiences with other vets. But White's is the best! Dr. Casaus is my dog's regular doctor and they don't try to assign us to anyone else. He is absolutely wonderful--wise, thorough, with lots of good common sense. He's a good communicator too. I have taken my dog to vets for the last year and a half. I also have boarded her there. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating getting you in for an appointment - even if they are busy. I have never had to come back to re-treat an illness here, which I have had to do with other vets due to them erring on the side of not using medication. Reasonable pricing and prompt service. Clean and well organized office. Dr Katherine McFarlin kind and gentle with my little Pomeranian. Diagnosed her quickly, prescribed treatment and checked her charts for any missed vaccines. Both my Pom and shepherd mix receive good care. Office staff friendly and efficient

Not sure why there are bad reviews here. We've been taking our dogs here for years and they are always soo busy, customers are always happy to take their pets here, I guess they just don't take the time to post reviews. Dr. Casaus is absolutely the most caring, competent vet out there. Our Maltese has endured two painful luxating patella surgeries which he has performed, both with excellent results. I would recommend White's Pet Hospital to everyone. The staff was compassionate and made you feel like they really cared about each and every animal. Dr. Oliver was absolutely amazing. She really cares about what she does. I cannot recommend her more highly!!
Great vet office for our dog. They rotate doctors instead of assigning one to your pet, which I like because you can get second and third opinions when you have questions. The front office staff is decent, but I've had to remind them to fill a prescription and had to reschedule once after they mis-booked our appointment. Nothing majoy, and they are always friendly. I would not recommend the boarding, however. It looks like a bunch of tiny kennels outside and barking, unhappy dogs.
