I have been a patient of whites for over 40 years both dogs and cats. recently I have had two negative experiences with my cats that were in distress. A month ago my siamese cat quit eating and was disoriented. I called Whites because he was a patient there. It was an emergency and he was their patient. They could not see him for a week. I was shocked. I ended taking him to the cat and bird clinic.They rearranged their schedule got me in right away. They were very caring. Tried to have our indoors cats boarded for the day, but Whites insisted that they have multiple vaccines that no other boarding place required. Then when we asked for the vaccines, they said they can't give them to us too. Useless place.

I made a reservation to board my dog and cat over the Thanksgiving holiday two months ago and today (10 days before the holiday) they called to tell me they would not honor it because I am not an established client. I spent $1500 on a weekend getaway for my family and now am scurrying to find pet care before a holiday. Wow, nice business ethics. Zero stars.

Negative experience at this hospital. Back in April We noticed our 2 year old dog limping about 2 weeks ago and took him into White's. They did an x-ray and Dr. Kelly proclaimed that he had a fractured toe even though it wasn't clearly visible on the x-ray. She proceeded to prescribe a treatment plan that involved 2 weeks in a hard splint, followed by 1 week in a softer splint/bandage. My family and I were going out of town and needed to board our 4 month old puppy because we did not know anyone experienced enough to watch a young dog that requires a lot of attention. I called a week before our trip to make sure that she had all the vaccines needed in order to board and everything seemed good to go. I went so far as to read out loud every vaccine she had received thus far and the response back was "as long as she has the Influenza shot, she should be good." I made an appointment on 6/19/18 for a normal vet visit and an anal gland expression for my 3 year old toy fox terrier. A day before the visit my dog broke her left dewclaw, causing it to bleed profusely, so when I arrived I let them know to take a look at it and advise me on the best course of action on how to treat it. They also talked me into a $52.00 fecal exam. We have been going to White's Pet Hospital for 15 years. Our dog was very sick, so we waited for hours to see a vet. The staff told us they would try to work us in between appointments. We patiently waited. After waiting for about 3 hours, one of the office staff even told us that one of the doctors would have some time to see us. About 5 minutes before closing time they told us that the doctors had paperwork and wouldn't be able to see us. We were shocked that they would turn a sick dog away! Great Doctors there but No words just had it with this place. I am better somewhere else where I am treated nice as a customer. Worst customer service. Awful receptionist.
