I'm updating my review to reflect how the facility ultimately handled the situation. After my concerns were raised, my mother's missing item was returned, and the staff made a genuine effort to ensure she felt comfortable and supported. That meant a great deal to her and to our family. My mother is in rehab and relearning how to walk, and she now feels safe, respected, and cared for. My mother was at Willow Creek Healthcare center from April 28 through August 30. She was not able to do very much for herself at all. I always found her well taken care of. I saw her every other day, and got to know her CNA's, and they were all VERY nice and caring. Their physical therapy truly helped my mother's physical mobility and you could tell her improvement was going along very well. Hats off at the team to PT. These guys are professionals and know their job! Getting people back where they were before they got sick. Or in some instances, an accident that took them out of activities of daily living. But, these guys put them back together again! Our whole experience has been wonderful at Willow Creek. But a special kudos go out to PT especially Joshua and Cindy who went the extra mile to do a demonstration of transferring from the wheelchair to our car. Wonderful! Completely wonderful! I really like willow creek compared to other facilities. Some changes could be made to the rooms and the cna staff. Overall it's a great place

This place is really well kept up with, patients are so wonderful along with the staff. Rooms are very clean upon arrival. The patients come first in regards of everything. The staff treat the patients so well, most definitely enjoy watching the staff interact with the patients.

My wife Nancy, was transferred to Willow Creek from San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital. My wife has had many medical issues in the past decade. She has been placed in a lot of the other facilities, but those prior, just fell short of the mark. I'm not saying Willow Creek is perfect, but they are the best we have found in Fresno County. My 90 year old mother stayed at Willow Creek Healthcare in Clovis, CA for 3 weeks in March, 2023 after a short hospital stay. She raved about the kindness of the staff, and the gentleness of the physical therapy she received. She even liked the food! When the hospital told me they were sending her to Willow Creek I did a quick search of reviews and was a little worried because reviews were mixed.
