The therapy has been great at Willow Springs. When it comes to the nurses some are good and some don't seem to stay in the room longer than three minutes. Communication has been poor all around. They do not tell you when anything is, no one ever seems to know anything. I have to be very proactive about getting information.
The staff is attentive. The space is beautiful, and they are very accommodating.
They were extremely nice to me and got me strong in days. The Physical Therapy people were so good. They are excellent. The food was really good and the chef was great.
The rehab therapy was very good. There is room for improvement with the meals.
It doesn't seem as though they are doing enough therapy with her. I am not sure if this is an issue with her insurance or what but I am worried because she is being discharged soon and it doesn't seem as though she has made enough progress to be strong enough to do so.
The experience at Willow Springs has been very good. We are very happy. My loved one says the meals have been delicious!

The care with Willow Springs has been fine. I mean we have had our ups and downs with his condition but overall we are satisfied. My loved one seems to really be enjoying the meals. There are times when you ask a question and you don't necessarily get information back are get you don't get back right away and you can get passed over to someone else. I'm sure this is everywhere and they do the best they can with limited staff but at the same time these are our parents so we just want to make sure they are getting the best.
They take care of him and respond to my requests. They do a great job.
