The staff is really friendly. I ask for things to be done for my dad and the next time I visit it's been taken care of. I just have a great feeling about the place. He's getting physical therapy and he definitely seems to be stronger, especially his legs. He can pick up his tea on his own now. The lady who does the activities is really great. The meals have been a struggle for my loved one. The communication has been very good. They keep me informed.
Everybody has been very kind to my wife. I've spoken to several of the staff and they're very enthusiastic and very caring about her progress. She has one aide who seems to be very nice and is very kind to her. My wife likes the food, she's very hard to please, and that's been unexpected. I've only heard from the therapist.
They were very nice to us. They did everything well. When we first came in they welcomed us and were very friendly. They were good about getting him to and from all his appointments. The nursing care, staff, food and dining room were all really good. If you had a question they always got me the answer. They went above and beyond. If they didn't know an answer they went up the chain to make sure they got it.
We had some issues in the beginning. They've been addressed and things have gotten better. Everyone is on the same page now. They've definitely listened to our concerns and taken action from there. My loved one has been making progress. It's a little tough to get information sometimes.
They're very caring people. They have my wife's best interests at heart. They're very kind and all-around helpful. The PT is great. I don't know too much about the OT and speech therapy. The therapists are caring. I can see the improvement she's making on the PT. I'm pleased with what I see. The staff that I see most often are great. We are extremely happy with Willow Springs. It is clean and has been renovated. There were a couple of hiccups with the medications and my loved one is happy with the physical therapy and the staff. The therapist is very helpful and informative. Sometimes I am picking up stuff off from the floor. She loves everything she is eating but they are not designed for her medical condition. I do not get any calls from anyone at the rehab. Maybe no news is good news.
Willow Springs was great and they were nice, I had a good experience there. Everybody was really nice, even the cleaning lady, was a sweetheart.
I'm extremely pleased. The physical therapy is fantastic. The nurses are on top of everything. The administrators are very informative and caring. The dietitian's go above and beyond. I have already recommended them to a friend. If you don't want what they have to eat, they will substitute it for you. You can eat in your room or go down to the dining room, and in the dining room, your family has the option to eat with you. Communication is very good and they communicate with the doctor also.
