Get directionsWindows Nation Dont bite into their marketing gimmicks. Buy 2 get 2 is nothing but a lie. I gave up over an hour of my time for nothing. When he finally gave me a price it was ridiculus and when i asked him to brake it down so i can see that where am i geting the 2 free ones, he told me he cant do that they have to calculate everything together. So in that case if i have 2 free ones in this price your windows each costs 1350 dollars i told him. His answer was , yes something like that. This was a price for their lowest grade... read more

Good Morning, We are sorry that your experience with us was less than desirable. Please know that we aim to provide the most affordable price we can for each of our customers. However, prices are subject to vary based on need because each of our projects are customized. Again, we apologize and we hope to better meet your financial expectation in the future.
Window Nation is a high pressure sales window company. The sales associates will tell you they are with you the entire way in the process, but once they leave your home, do not expect any support form your sales associate. The person who comes to install your window will be an unidentified contractor and may or may not come prepared to install your window which come from Alside windows in Canton. You may be able to get the same product and low prices if you go direct or go through a big box store like Lowes or Home Depot. (... read more

My saga started last November, 2017, when I ordered a bay window for my living room and several regular windows for other rooms. Two months after the order, the windows were finally in and installed. The bay window is large - over $5,000 of the order - and seemed the wrong size for the opening. The installers worked for some time, and did finally get it in. (They spoke another language so I was unable to communicate with them.) The trim was the wrong size, and doesn't cover the damaged wall. The sales rep flew through ... read more
Not happy with this company at all. Signed a contract for new windows in my condo in November 2018. They eventually called to say they had made my windows and we scheduled the installation for early January 2019. I made adjustments to a very busy schedule so I could take time off to be their for the installation. Since I live in a condo, I had to get permission for the condo association in order to replace the windows. Two of the documents required by the condo association are copies of the business license and insuran... read more

We understand your disappointment with our customer service, but we are dedicated to showing you that we are accountable and willing to fixing our mistakes. Thank you.
Completely garbage estimate experience. My fiance scheduled an appointment for an estimator to come out for replacing all our windows. Several days later, well after the appointment had been made, the night before Window Nation is scheduled to come, they call him and let him know because he's not the home owner, they won't meet with him. He is my fiance, and while I am the legal deed holder, we are most certainly both the homeowners and this property is OURS. I don't appreciate Window Nation disrespecting the way that ... read more

Michelle, we're very sorry that your experience with us was less than desirable. When each of our customers schedule an in home estimate, we always ask them if both owners of the home will be present to sit through the estimate. We do this because we want everyone to be on the same page about making such a big investment into their homes. In addition, our sales representatives serve as guides to purchasing new windows by presenting all potential options in style and price difference. Nonetheless, we understand that our sales... read more
We ordered windows and soffit/fascia replacement in July 2018. The window install went smoothly - very professional team and they cleaned up after the work was done - but they had to come back weeks later to install the screens. It is now November 2018 and we still haven't had the soffit/fascia replaced for our gutters. We were told it didn't get scheduled until the windows were completed, and then it was "raining a lot" and they were "busy" so it would be a few more weeks. The team came out to begin the work but didn't brin... read more

They just kept me waiting because they were so busy.i was just getting 3 Windows installed.for over $2000.first rip off.
Sale rep showed up on time, made measurements and then came up with prices on a blue form. She tried to hide numbers and reveal a series of prices one at a time to show price discounts. While the price for the windows was too high, the quote for two French doors was astronomically high. When she realized that I was not impressed, she went out to her car and came back with a lower price from her manager for the windows only. She left without leaving any estimate at all saying one would be sent later. I received an email s... read more

Just had a meeting with WN and now feel I am the victim of deceptive advertising. The BOGO is BS! Having been a homeowner for a number of years, I knew it could be interesting, but it became ridiculous. After expecting an medium range window through WN may be between $800-1000 and if I were to purchase 14 avg windows, I would avg $400 - 500 per window. Not the case at all. There math is much different than their advertisement! You get three prices: list, %30 discount with 0% financing and then buy today price! The costs ra... read more
