i would give this company less then a minus 10 ,,,14 weeks waiting for windows here in Massachusetts,,3 different times postponement of installation.... 3 lost weeks of vacation waiting for them to call on the same day of installation they call SORRY...it's been phone call after pone call of hearing sorry and apologies DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ......DO NOT i repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....

This company is a scam do not purchase their windows installment financing services. My husband and I did the buy 2 windows get 2 free 0% interest for 24 months. We set up our autopay and a reminder to pay before October 2020. We log on this week AUGUST 2020 and see we have a 1,245.15 charge in June then after 62.83 for two months. Signed a contract to replace my windows in June 2020, installation was meant to be done in August 2020 but didn't happen. Finally got a call that they would install on September 2. I took out my blinds and moved all furniture as per their instructions. On the day, they never showed up or called. We called them after their window of arrival ended only to be told they were coming. Asked for explanation, nothing up to now. Decent windows, decent price, terrible install. They had to return to fix cracked header boards and caulking. They ended up installing 1/4 round on all the windows to mask the end result. They didnt paint the places that were messed up. They didnt clean the windows after install...they were pretty disgusting. Now, almost 1 year to the day, I have leaking coming from my bedroom window...If I could do it over, I would choose a different company, even if that meant spending more.

Beware! Your interior sill measurements will be reduced and vary by window based on the WN method of installation. Your inside mounted blinds will be useless.  Our sales person said nothing about this. Be prepared for an exhaustive sales process with lots of methods used to try and get you to pay a higher price. The first quote was over $1,000 PER WINDOW. My end quote was less than $600, 45 minutes later with a high pressure "you must act now to get this price".  You would be better off working with a local contractor and co... read more

Like one person said, the sale presentation is far better than their customer service and communication. I received the project details and paid the up front $$ in June 2020, and measurements two different times. So, I was told installation would start this month (August 2020), then I talked with someone else on the same day and was told installation will not be until October. Now, since I had to cancel my project due to lack of communication and being back up, I can't get any call backs no managers or salesman about process... read more

Have called 5 times requesting a quote, no one will call us back. This last time I called, the rep took our information and scheduled a date and time for a salesman to stop by, only to cancel the scheduled sales call a few minutes later when he found out it was an insurance claim. There was no explanation, but we were told a sales supervisor would contact us in 24 to 48 hours. Signed contract on May 6th . They told me that it would take 4-6 weeks for install of 3 windows and a sliding glass door . Installation finally happened on July 7th . The team that did the install did a terrible job . The screen door has a lock with no latch on the frame for it to lock or even shut properly . We have to keep jiggling the screen to try to get it to open or close . There is a large screw that is sticking out at the top of the door frame that should of went into the frame . Hello, I am having problems with my new blinds. We had our windows replaced and were told by Tammy in our sales meeting our current blinds would not fit. Once our windows were complete I called window nation to get our warranty and our measurements for our windows to get blinds made. On June 16 we received the documentation with no mention of the measurements being "rough estimates".
