I called over two months ago to get a quote on replacing windows and was told someone would contact me within 24-48hours. I'm still waiting. I have contacted another window company. They set up an appointment on first call.
Signed contract on 5/31 was told 4-6 weeks and now am being told late August. Scheduler not responding to calls. Aaron & Harley told my wife to "send them a PM" funny thing is their Yelp page doesn't allow private PM's. Went through their webpage chat and was told "someone will contact you ASAP"...still waiting, over a day now. It seems like they just don't want to deal with problem's. Having a HORRIBLE experience with this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone put themselves through this scam. Firstly, they claim to have a buy two windows, get two free deal. I came to find that this is absolutely false because the sales people DO NOT know the true cost of the windows so they give whatever discount they think will get you to buy. We have had problems with our window from the beginning of installation and are going on 3 years. We have waited months and months for parts to come in, one time we waited almost a year with nothing more than an apology after apology from this company. The wondow has been "repaired" yet we still wake up to it covered in moisture top to bottom every single morning. Contract was signed 4/19 to get entire house and garage windows and siding. Schedule date for windows was the last Saturday in May, and siding was verbally agreed to be the first Monday in June. We were getting two doors turned into windows, which they knew would expose the wood on the outside of the house until the siding was placed. I called for an estimate after seeing an add buy 2 windows get two free with free interest for a year and a half. The estimate was largely inflated. Upon inquiry, they added a 23% interest rate IN THE ESTIMATE. The buy 2 is for the window only and not the labor and the amount the estimate came to was incredibly high. They also don't do their own install but contract out! I have no idea how these guys stay in business AT ALL.

Never had windows done before so I guess I should have expected some hiccups. We had 15 windows installed. The first quote left out 5 windows. That may have been a communication issiu on my end. That was resolved quickly, with W.N. picking up the tab for two of the windows. Install was a different matter. On the second window install, one of the three fell out and shattered.
