Be ware of these scam artists. Heard an ad in the radio about helping local businesses during COVID. Call them and scheduled for an hour with a sales rep. Went through the schpiel for an hour. Agreed on a price and got and Email confirmation, then the games started. They started dodging calls, then claimed the sales rep got fired and called to say they have no idea where those prices came from. DO NOT BUY FROM WINDOW NATION. Shame on me for not reading the reviews before signing a contract. Window Nation buys goodwill with campy local advertising. Hey they did Tony Kornheiser's windows and he loves them -- they must be great right? On top of that, their salesman was smooth and had a good hustle. I work in sales, so I respected it and looked past what in retrospect should have been some red flags. My wife and I were looking at finally replacing one drafty window and with the Buy 2 get 2 offer they had going, I brought them out for an estimate. In the 10 years we've lived here we've had numerous larger projects and as a standard get 3-4 estimates and go from there. I work in sales as well so I can read through all the crap generally. I would give them a No star if I could. We just finished having our front door installed and I have to say looking at the door makes me extremely angry. When the salesman came and sat in our house for two hours he showed us a picture of what the door would look like and that is not what we got. Sales presentation far better than installation of windows. $11,500 spent. 10 plus follow up visits to correct continuous problems. 2 1/2 years later, final visit today. Not recommended. Do your homework. See multiple companies. Buyer beware.

Afte three months of calling them for my warranty and getting nowhere, I just decided to get my $150 back and close this unpleasant chapter. $150 was the amount they collected on the first call I made to tell them that two of my window panes showed signs of condensation and under their warranty they were supposed to replaced them. Guess what, even getting my $150 back is going to be a tooth pulling exercise. I have to strongly agree with the other people that are saying this is one of the worst companies out there. So after waiting 8 weeks, after they told us they had missed counting 25% of the windows after a substantial price increase and after signing the change order. 1 week before the "GUARANTEED" install date we made them give us they informed us that they had made a mistake and there was going to be another $5k increase in the contracted price. After we finalized our order, it has all been downhill. There has been a terrible lack of customer service by certain individuals on your sales team. Initially, we were impressed by the presentation regarding your products. With three young sons in an older home, we knew that we needed to upgrade the windows in our sons' bedrooms. The worst experience I've ever had with work on my home, or for that matter, any professional organization I've ever dealt with. Over the past 5 years, we've almost totally redesigned and refurbished our home, so we've worked with a lot of folks and these are by far the worst. Their prices are very high, and their service and communication is horrible.
