I saw Cameron Dyson, NP, on Wednesday November 22,2023. Quick assessment of me and gave me a shot of steroid and a weak antibiotic, knowing I have a severe autoimmune disorder. Discharge paperwork shows if not better in 3 days to call or come back in. I call Saturday morning Nov 25, and provider Camerin Dyson, is not working. I went back and forth on making this review as a review can highly affect the reputation of a company. Unfortunately, I felt compelled to share my experience. I came to this urgent care with extreme lower flank pain & fever. Shortly after being taken back I began feeling very faint and had my daughter get a nurse. Someone came in and helped me get laid down, put wet rags on me and helped me care for my young children while we waited for my husband (this will be the only positive to this story) I am thankful for that nurse! We live locally. 2 months ago the VA sent us to this place for my veteran husband to be seen and get an x-ray. When we arrived we were the only patients in the entire lobby waiting area. The lady at the front desk asked why we were there. I informed her what I just wrote and she stated " We don't take outside orders from anybody. Literally got there over an hour before they say they are closed, and they refused to see my child. The only patient there walked out while we were trying to check in. Parking lot was completely empty and online it said they were taking walk ins still and there were 0 patients waiting… they said they were overwhelmed and completely full which is a complete lie.
Took my son in because he was complaining on sharp pain in his ear. All they did was swab him for Covid flu & strep when he came back negative they barely even looked & said he was fine that it wasn’t even red. She was super rude about it too like is she trying to say my 6 year old son is lying & crying about his ear hurting for no reason do not go there they didn’t even give him anything for it. Go elsewhere & save your time

I'm not paying $167 for a "nurse" to, quite literally, walk in the office room, not even look near me, explain why my eye "looks fine," and leave.
dropped in to Muskogee, north office to schedule a follow up visit to close out a work related injury. the receptionist, we will call her Shaniqua, being the ray of sunshine that she is, ask me to have a seat while she needed to look it up. 35 minutes later I go to desk to find out that she never scheduled an appointment, that she put me on the walk in wait list. I don't think she understands what "schedule an appointment" means. I already do not like "wellness clinics" because they're a joke but seriously......
