We took our daughter in yesterday evening with what we knew was an ear infection. (She’s had tubes.. still in her canal but not in place to actually help an infection). The dr that saw came in and said, “has she had ear trouble before?” Which I already informed the nurse of the tube situation. So I again told the dr what I had told the nurse. Do NOT go here. I’ve been misdiagnosed THREE times since August. I went in with puss pockets on my tonsils TWICE and they told me it was viral. I had to go to a different doctor both times to get antibiotic. I went in a week ago and told them my back was hurting, I had a horrible cough, and I thought I had pneumonia (I’m prone to it) they also told me it was viral. Would not seen my son, had to take him to another urgent care. They kept telling me he wasn’t approve from his insurance. And he was after calling another xpress wellness urgent care. So not sure if it was because they wouldn’t see my son, or because he was Hispanic.

Paid $135 for them to just send me to the er for them to tell me it was just a stomach virus. Should have just went to the er in the first place. Will not be coming back

Absolutely awful service .. poorly trained staff and don’t waste your time or energy . Go to another state you will have the same wait time as the drive to another state ... big fail ! I can’t say enough bad about them to even get close to the level of awfulness!!

Checked in online by 10:30am and got a 2:30 appointment. Arrived ten minutes before my time as requested, but the person working the front desk allowed an elderly woman to stand at the check in counter and fill out paperwork. I was third in line and by the time I checked in, it was past my appointment time and I had to wait an hour. Not sure what good online check in does if staff can’t efficiently check patients in to keep appointment times.

New policy at this facility are straight ridiculous. they want to put and credit or debt card on file for 135 to cover possible services. Instead of running an insurance benefit check which would.cut down on the bd

I hate that I have to wait 1 or 2 months to see my doctor, so I thought I'd try xpress wellness, I made and appointment for the next day and all was well, till they called me and said my medical history was too complicated for them and they didn't think I was a good candidate for them to take me as a patient.
