For pools with very light debris. Disappointed in how fast the Zodiac stopped working. It seems to be for pools with very light debris and dirt. Just one or two monsoon storms and this thing just gave up. I cleared out any leaves or small branches that may have gotten stuck and it just stopped moving. The MX6 didn't even last one summer.
Can't handle steps or leaves The media could not be loaded. Keeps the pool clean well when it's moving, however, it gets stuck on our pool steps A LOT. I would say it gets stuck at lest five times a day, and unless we go out to pull it off, it will remain stuck and the pool won't get cleaned. It also can't handle medium to large leaves, they will get stuck in the motor and the cleaners tracks will stop moving. Replacement hoses Seems to be good product! Hoses go bad snd crack fast. Also the rubber tracks stretch and need replacing. But for the price it’s good. Just keep extra hoses. That part sucks
LIFE SPAN TOO SHORT!! THE PRICE WOULD SUGGEST YOU ARE BUYING A LONG TERM CLEANER, YOU ARE NOT. HE DID VERY WELL THE FIRST 8 MONTH BUT THIS LITTLE GUY WORE OUT IN 16 MONTHS, HE HAS TROUBLE CLIMBING NOW, HE STALLS AND SPUTTERS, GETS STUCK, AND NOW HE REQUIRES CONSTANT TENDING TO. IF YOU ARE GOING TO SET HIM TO WORK FOR ONE DAY EVERY WEEK, MAYBE, MORE THAN THAT, STAY CLEAR.
Don't buy!! Just over 2 years and this thing is going in the trash!! Hoses continually crack even though I wash them off with fresh water (no chlorine) after every use. I replaced every length of hose once, had to replace the internal gears once. Now once again it has an issue, no more! I'm done! Stay away

Horrible product support Worked great till it broke 6 weeks later and now they said they can't fix it and it's not their problem DO NOT PURCHASE the company doesn't back up the products they sell
It doesn't work as it should I thought this was a good buy, but it doesn't vacuum properly. The band that makes the tires move, always falls out of place and the device only turns into circles and doesn't vacuum the pool. It work only for few minutes and then after it doesn't. I'm very disappointed. I honestly wouldn't recommend.
Don’t bother, defective unit This is actually the second time we've bought this vacuum. Our first one lasted about two years, so we didn't think twice about buying the same one again. Unfortunately, this one has been a huge disappointment and is clearly defective.It was delivered on May 5, and within six weeks it completely stopped working.
