2.0 out of 5 stars Clogs very often - not for Florida If you have palm tree leaves in your pool they will clog this cleaner. The fibrers/strands get stuck in the little parts and are super hard to get out. It stops the cleaner several times per day. I’m not talking a lot of leaves either. Just a few on the pool floor will clog this thing. We returned it.
1.0 out of 5 stars Stops after 10 mins have to pull it out and spin the wheels again and again. Runs for no more than 10 minutes before I have to pull it out and move the wheels. The suction is horrible. Cannot climb walls will be sending it back for a refund and one of the hose came with a hole so that was a big part of why it wasn’t working because Air was just coming out of that.

1.0 out of 5 stars Does Not Work Properly Cleaner wheels stop turning as they should like there is a sticking point; and, in the event the wheels happen to be working the cleaner get hung up on the step of in pool shelf/seat and never actually cleans the pool… given the above I would not recommend this product.
1.0 out of 5 stars This is garbage Brand new and this hasn’t worked consistently since we hooked it up 3 days ago. Called the company and they had no idea but i could bring it in to have it serviced. I am not having a brand new $400 piece of equipment fixed. The tech people had nothing to offer at all. Don’t waste your money on this. Probably just gonna return it.
