DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The machine stopped working after 2 months from purchase. The vendor would not honor an exchange and provided the manufacturer details without assisting. BAD product. BAD service team.
Buyer Beware Beware! The vacuum works well but the hose breaks apart after several months of being in the sun - I've never had to replace a hose for any other pool vacuum I've owned and have had to replace segments of this one several times. This morning 4 segments broke apart when the pump was working. It costs almost as much to replace them as I paid for the vacuum itself - will likely just buy a new vacuum.
Terrible pool cleaner, gets stuck all the time This book cleaner is terrible, it gets stuck at the corner by the steps and does not move. I cannot believe this company could not figure out how to go around steps really disappointing.
Do not recommend. Bad hose material. The hoses need to be recalled. They are terrible.I cannot recommend this product.I did and now they are complaining about hose breaks to me.
Don't buy This is a turd model!! I bought mine in Feb of 2025, as of Aug 2025, it's broke and no longer works. While it was working I had to check it weekly because debis would clog the motor mechanism and cause it to lock up. Don't buy this, spend your hundreds of dollars on something else!
This product sucks but doesn’t suck well🙄 This device is not for anyone who gets leaves in their pool. Small leaves get caught in the suction area and stop the device. The hoses all all fell apart in a year and a half. Don’t buy!!!
Hoses fall apart. Two seasons and the hoses are falling apart, literally. Vacuum works great but be prepared to spend another $80 or so dollars every two years.
Bad design thought it was money well spent. jut hook it up & put it in pool was cleaning great what a difference from a kreepy. Now 7 months later it keeps stopping. opened it up to see what the problem is & what i can figure is that the little paddles inside that circulate the dirt up the hose hit a diverter to make it turn 90 degrees to go into a small hole to come around & be a paddle again. well it seems to pitch it like 93 degrees & misses the hole & gets caught on a shelve and stops the unit from moving. called tech su... read more
Put your money into a different one. I bought a $400 pool ornament. I have tried the things in the manual, I have moved the float. I have made sure it was clean, that all parts are in good shape. I have checked the suction and and made sure it was pulling enough but this things spends 80% of the time doing wheelies around the pool and not vacuuming anything. Tried googling the problem and no answers except what I have already tried. I have been trying to use this thing for two years and it is a waste of money.
