2.0 out of 5 stars Doesn’t work to well Very lightweight and picks up very good when it works. However, since it is lightweight it doesn’t move the hose too well to the shallow end of the pool and this vacuum spends more time on its side. Also it completely stops on the steps. I ended up returning the product.

Having returned the item, and a MONTH LATER, I attempted (4) times to reach out to respectfully request that the store refund my Amazon account be refunded. The issue was finally resolved at my 5th attempt. I am a HEAVY Amazon patron and have never experienced customer service "this," substandard.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money! This pool cleaner is complete garbage, it constantly needs adjustment and this gearing broke and fell out of the machine after only 3 months. The company is slow to respond and won't refund your money for an obviously defective machine. Stay as far away from this product as possible!
1.0 out of 5 stars DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK Waste of your money. It comes with about 8 sections of hose. Complete junk. Little over a year the hose sections disintegrate. Replacement sections are $35.00 each WTF!! Half of the sections have ripped apart at the connection. So if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars every year to replace the hose section, stay away from this junk.
