Not happy Not happy the reviews were great but the machine only works a little the no more I wanted to make it easy on my back to clean the pool but back to back aches
Would not climb with 8 inch radius between floor and wall Swimming pool Tried but would not climb walls of my pool I called tech help asked if I had adjusted the pressure correctly. I had They researched and recommended I move the floa t near the pool sweep about 16 inches up from sweep That did not work I returned the sweep They tech was very helpful and listened to my concerns
Doesn’t work Will start great but work for thirty seconds before it stops working and gets stuck on nothing and won’t move. Spend more time fighting with it then it would take to vacuum by hand. Complete waste of money.
Constantly gets clogged At first this worked great, but as soon as palm tree leaves and hair from my daughters got sucked up that immediately clogged the gears and stopped it from working. Constantly have to take it out of the pool and take it a part to remove the debris. Never had this issue with other pool cleaners. Don’t recommend if you have palm trees around the pool or people with long hair that will swim in the pool!
Company does not stand behind it's products. We ordered this pool cleaner and were not able to get it to operate. We even had pool cleaning technicians try to set it up without any success. When we ask for a replacement or refund we were told that our window for returning had expired. This is a defected unit and we have received no help from either seller of product or the manufacturer. Buyer be ware!!
Not for my above ground pool The ad in the photos reads for above ground pool and in ground. It worked but then something happened when it went on the wall. It ripped our above ground pool liner. It does it’s job but I personally do not recall for above ground. Now we have to pay $400 for the new liner and $450 for installation.
Doesn't climb pool walls I had a Hayward in the past (different pool). It climbed the walls and cleaned the tile line easily. After reading reviews for this Zodiac M6, I decided to purchase it for my new pool. It seems to do a fine job cleaning the bottom of the pool but it does not climb the walls or clean the tile line. Just Bad I had to return this vacuum. We frequently get tiny twigs blown into out pool. And I mean tiny. These would jam up the vacuum causing it to just float in the pool. That seemed to mess up the rest of the filtration system at the same time. I suppose it would work if all you every get in your pool is small specs of dirt.
Disappointing Not happy with its performance, gets tangled easily, tough to untangle, doesn’t climb walls. Maybe I need to spend more time trying to configure it, but it’s not working for me. Try something else.
