1.0 out of 5 stars After 1 YR, Hose Links Fall Apart Garbage that will only end up in the landfill. After one year, EVERY single hose link fell apart. They actually unravel. The vacuum itself is okay, but only works with their specific hose set. When the first hose link fell apart we bought 3 new links from Zodiac. Very expensive! Those also fell apart. We have been using the vacuum with our old one piece hose, but it’s too heavy for the vacuum. Doesn’t quite work. And no way will I be throwing more money away on Zodiac hose... read more
1.0 out of 5 stars Do NOT buy I purchased the pool cleaner a year ago but did not Used it for 6 months. We only used it twice.. the first set of hoses shredded after 1 use. I bought new ones and used it twice and the same thing happene.. Amazon referred me to the seller.... seller referred me to the manufacturer… no results.. now I have a 350.00 piece of junk.. peace out amazon
1.0 out of 5 stars Weak Hoses / Weak Company Policy The Zodiak cleaner worked well however the hoses break apart in just 18 months In 22.5 years this has never happened to where every hose breaks apart in such a short time. Usually the cleaner fails first (4-5 Years) Very disappointed with Product

I went to amazon and purchased 9 hoses for around $150. I received the hoses and tried to put them together, however the locking mechanism doesn't not work. The locking mechanism unlocks and they come loose. I went on the manufacture website (Flurida) and was referred to Leslies pool supply. 2.0 out of 5 stars Works well but poor quality The vacuum works well but 2 sections of the hose ripped around 6 months in and at just over 1 year every part of the vacuum hose has shredded. New replacement hoses are ~$200 for the full hose.
1.0 out of 5 stars Won't move This just sits at the bottom of the pool. It never worked great and now we are stuck with a sinker. It won't suck at all even if our pump is on full suction. It has never gone up a wall and we have sun step that it won't climb up either. Shouldn't have spent more money on it and gotten a really good one that works well.
