Broke in a little over a month Screened in pool. No reason for it to be broken with a month of use. Installed May 10, broke June 12. When it was working it worked well. I'm assuming it was defective upon arrival, as there were no debris in the pool other than algae and a little sand.
Didn’t last 2 uses Bought the end of last season so was excited to get to use it this summer but it doesn’t move and when it does it’s slow and gets stuck on everything even nothing suction works great with my aqua ray so doubt that’s the problem.
Zodiac MX 6 Well, if you have stairs, don't purchase this item. The Zodiac does not climb stairs... it gets stuck. Also, if you have leaves in pool, the leaves jam up the mechanism. Very disappointed. Wish I could return the product.
Absolutely the worst pool vacuum ever! It spends most of its time vacuuming the edge of the steps. Pull it off the steps and it heads straight back. It's claim that it is excellent on walls is a bunch of malarky, when its not stuck on a step, it heads straight up the wall where it sucks in air until it falls back to the bottom where it will head back to the steps.
Quit after a year of use I bought this on May14th, 2022. When I opened my pool I put it back in and it would work for maybe 5 minutes then quit roaming. I checked the port I put the hose in and it is suctioning very good. This is too expensive to have for just one year.
Returned The locking hoses can be a pain in the butt, did a pretty average job cleaning the pool
Not worth the Money Worst pool cleaner ever purchased. Constantly gets stuck on steps. Then it just stops. Worst customer support, called numerous time no answer always on hold, no call back, DO NOT BUY
Stopped working after 3 months Idk if I can get it replaced or not but it’s not working already and it’s only been 3 months.
Gets stuck too easily The media could not be loaded. The cleaner works well BUT it gets stuck on corners which is a pretty poor design. I’m constantly having to move it, at least 4 times a day and I’m sure I could move it more if I paid more attention. The robot gets high sided on any protruding corner or edge. Manufacturer could have solved this by building a rocker into the plastic head that would force the tracks to engage but if it hits a corner dead on, that’s where it’ll stay for the rest of the day.
