This cleaner is junk. Would not work properly. Keeps falling over even with the weight on it. Would sit fallen over with the wheels turning but not move by because it was on its side.
Not expected to be this bad for the price Honestly i was very excited to try this vacuum, assembly was fairly easy I did have to watch a YouTube view to be sure i was doing it right because some of the connections didnt feel correct and the manual really doenst show it. There are better products So the first few months I’d rate use it still required lots of suction power, this only gets worse . Ans in warm weather the tubing falls apart and it is really expensive to replace , I Do not recommend this product
Cheap hoses. When I bought this thing it didn't come with a long enough hose. I had to order more for $165! So now it's long enough we went to open our pool and the hoses are cracked and broken. Do not waste your money on this thing.
Sucker, sucks but doesn't move well! The Zodiac doesn't have the power to move around the pool. It is smaller and seems to get hung up at the pool edge. Very dissapointed!
The Absolute Truth about this Zodiac MX6. I read a lot of these reviews prior to buying. But for the money, I figured it was worth a shot. First, let's talk about the bad reviews. No suction, Can't vacuum up leaves, etc. Some people are just dumb. Now there is also an ignorant factor in there. Never worked This item never worked for what it was intended. I still have it but can't use it. Horrible experience with such an expensive peace of equipment. Made multiple calls to reach the company and never got a call back or an e-mail for them to resolve this problem. I still have the equipment but it is not being used. Getting old just sitting by my pool.
Gets Stuck in Ladder I give 1 Star overall, but 5 stars for attributes. Why? Because it works outstanding - great performance for the money. The problem is that every time it's running it gets stuck in the ladder. If I try to run it for a few hours, I know I'll be out there dislodging it from the ladder at least 4-5 times. Calling the company was no help. They had no solution for me and it was evident that they really didn't care. I ended up returning it.
If you need to vacuum a wall, buy it The media could not be loaded. The product was designed to be at the walls, it spend 80% of the time on the walls and the other 20% where the dirt is, on the floor. It’s more like a circus actor rather than a vacuum cleaner that helps you to keep your pool cleaned. It’s sucks a lot o air when climbing the walls reducing the life of the pump. Not recommended.
