Quality of the Hoses--Poor The hoses are made of cheap material causing the need to replace often. The material seems to break down quickly in the heat and water. The replacement hoses are too expensive. Again, made of cheap material giving to this spending loop.
lasted less than 2 years it was difficult to get it going at first but then I finally figured it out. The first summer it really didn't work at all - primarily because of my difficulty getting it properly set up - and I got it at the end of the summer. But it definitely is not intuitive. Then last year it worked very well. Now after 1 time of using it with minimal debris in the pool, the wheels barely turn (on the highest setting) and there is no suction. Buyer Beware Didn't even get a day of use out of it. Seller wanted nothing to do with it after 30 days from purchase (even though it wasn't used yet) and Manufacturer and product support is terrible. Called wait times are extremely long requested call back got one 2 hours later. Gave me some trouble shooting items to do, but was told needed to register product first before they would really do anything, Registered product, tried the trouble shooting items still not working properly. I would recommend this product. Rubber tracks expand excessively and will not stay on the pulley wheels.
Haven’t had a chance to use it yet since I was shorted. This advertised 7 hoses & I was shorted a hose. I have to buy more hoses to use it in my pool. The hoses are expensive as it is. This ad needs to be updated because it’s false advertising unless the seller is taking parts out while reducing the price. I’ll update about the actual unit when I have a chance to use it.
Didn’t work with 2HP pump Product was easy to assemble/connect but it did not operate. Requested refund but have not yet received it after it being returned over a week ago.
Worst purchase ever Worked for about a month then the gears begin to stick. Also any little thing jams it. Have to pull out of pool daily to unblock. For the price of this item you would expect a better product. Save your money and buy a different pool vacuum

Too much for me I returned this for a "battery" operated vacuum. Took 2 weeks & I had to call to get info that they had received it. I never used it. When I got it... I decided I didn't want to deal with that LONG hose in my pool. Many reviews complained about the hose having to be replaced. I looked it up and they were EXPEN$IVE. I never even took it out of the box so I cannot say a whole lot about the stars but it looked pretty! =)
