BRITTLE HOSES Worked ok for just over a year. Now the hose has become so brittle it will break at the slightest twist. Do not buy!
I can't recommend purchasing this product. This product fails to clean as advertised. The design of a fan that suctions debris into a spinning mechanism produces multiple clogs. That requires removal from the pool, investigating the obstruction(s) and trying to correct them. It fails to pick up small stones, leaves or minor debris as well as environmental dust from the surrounding desert. That along with the ineffective leaf catcher has made the pool basically unusable.
The hoses continue to break so far have spent over $240 in the last 4 months Vacuum works well houses have to be replaced often they are expensive I have spent over $240 in the last four months. And another one snapped off today. Do I recommend this machine absolutely not. Unless of course they improve the hoses
Don't buy! Will not perform as reviews say! The product was extremely difficult to hook up correctly! It does not stay flush to the bottom to pick up debris from the bottom of the pool. It stays in a "wheelie" position and spreads the dirt around in the pool. We bought the leaf attachment and it clogs with leaves quickly and stops. By the time I realized it was not operator error my 30 days had past.
Broke in 2 weeks in the pool Broke after 2 weeks in the pool the repair shop says all the motors break in these MX cleaners. So I I am left with seeing how many times this breaks over the use of it.
If it doesn’t work, price doesn’t matter Worked great at first, no problems cleaning the walls and the floor of the pool, but now, about 3 months later, it gets stuck on one of the small steps and just sits there. Which means I have to go and pick it up and move it to the other side of the pool. If I forget or don’t notice, well that one spot on that step gets cleaned real well.
Doesn’t last We have had this less than a year and it jams up frequently. The pump runs all night and the vacuum doesn’t move once it is jammed. I have sent two emails to customer service and have not heard back. Disappointed
Worthless! Fan wheels should have brushes on them to help clean the bottom of the pool. Terribly disappointed
started then stopped after 5 mins, each time. Manual pool cleaner works better. works for brief moments, then stops. Pieces do not fit easily and there was a part missing. Too late to return unfortunately. Save your money.
