Somebody tell me how to adjust the thing,please How to adjust it so it sweeps the bottom of the pool. So far it hasn’t moved more than 4 inches
It does not work!! Poorly made I returned this item on November 5, and it’s December 4 and I have not got my refund back. Customer service sounds like their in a foreign country and can’t seem to help me. Everyone gives me different information about my refund.
Quite working after 2nd season Worked great the first season. Second season it failed to move. Checked all the ports, suction at filter port, suction at end of hose. Just did not work! I have not contacted customer service yet; so I don't know what outcome there will be. I will follow up after contacting their CS. I probably should rate this a One Star but since it worked for a year I gave it two stars. Don't buy this until I write a new review.
I wish I listened to all the 1 star reviews before buying... Bottom line on this item: After approx 1.5 years since I purchased this, all the proprietary hoses which came with the unit just completely fell apart. Every single hose (and it comes with 7 of them), broke apart. The quality of the hoses is awful. However, there are 7 of them and the hose connectors are proprietary AND very expensive to replace. Keeps getting stuck at the drain, can’t find support or troubleshooting It keeps getting stuck at the drain, and I cannot find support or online assistance in trouble shooting for a way to work around the issue.
Junk This arrived 10.22.22. I put it in the pool and it has been longer thing after the other. Latest thing is it just sounds in circles and really goes nowhere. I shouldn't already gave to replace the directional cylinder. Don't waste your money. You will still have to do most of the work.
Does not work as expected The media could not be loaded. The MX6 get’s stuck all the time. We are constantly moving and repositioning it to work.
Not for pools with steps- Will be returning Was excited to get this vacuum BUT it constantly tries to go up the stairs and gets stuck causing the tread/wheels to be out of alignment. Each time we have to pull it out and fix it just for it to happen again when it’s put back. Another thing is that it randomly stops. I don’t recommend it for pools with steps.
Worthless It quit working after 6 months.
