Just not a great design. Really thought this cleaner was going to be good. The price was right but I guess I didn't read the reviews closely enough. Same problems most others are finding: too much time on the walls and too often stuck at the steps. I've had to reduce flow to the point that I'm no longer getting the proper water turn over and still it stays on the walls far too long. Climbs out of water. Says it can be installed in the skimmer basket but not enough power to move the vacuum. Climbs out of the water and ducks in air does not turn back into the water. Left message with customer service never got a response
GOOD VACCUM, GARBAGE HOSE Let me start off by saying the vacuum portion itself runs great and has great suction. It’s the hose that is a piece of junk. In only 19 months my hose succumbed to UV rays and basically disintegrated in several places, see photos. Then to add insult to injury the manufacturer made it so only there junk hoses will work on the vacuum. Based on other comments here, this is a normal failure of this product. Did not hold up well I purchased this is 2021 and hoses have fell apart and fins inside have also come off.. I would not purchase again
Too many moving part and adjustments required I do nit recommend this product stays stuck on one spot. Barely picks up any debris. I tried adjusting the water flow as the manufacturer recommends but still no luck.moved slow when not stuck and did not suck up debris.
The twist lock hose is horrible! A little after the 1 year warranty went out the hose started to come apart. I always took it out of the pool after use so it wasn’t constantly sitting in the sun and chemicals & a few weeks ago just moving the hose and pulling it out of the pool would cause the sections to unravel. A single 1 meter hose section is $50 and to buy the entire set over is almost $200! That’s crazy, do not buy this unless you anticipate having to buy a new hose after a year.
Just doesent do the job Cleaner would get stuck in corner and just spin the treds and when ONE(1) LONG PINE NEEDLE STOPPED IT IT WAS TIME TO GO BACK IN THE BOX
Hoses brake instantly Unit itself works just fine, but unless you want to invest equal amount of money into buying hose after you purchased the whole thing, look for another brand. Hoses brake instantly when you touch it. See pictures attached. I'm glad I didn't throw away hose from my old unit.
Only goes one direction and got stuck constantly We got this in hopes of replacing our last and have a clean pool. That was not the case. It mostly floated, got stuck on the stairs for hours at a time and did not do much cleaning at all! Returned!
