keeps getting stuck at the bottom of the pool This is a great little pool vacuum, but the tread keeps coming off and it gets stuck at the bottom of the pool. I tried to return it but was taken to a customer service line and now past my return window.

Love the machine but the the hoses are substandard 2 broke in less than 60 days **I will change my rating to 5 star if someone from zodiac responds** We had the same model for three years. Stopped working after 5 months Bought March 2021, dead by August 2021.
Does not work. This product does not work. Moves about 5' then quits of it hits a wall within the 5' it stops. I do not recommend.
Does Not Move Installation was easy. Continues to suck powerfully. But DOES NOT MOVE. After the first couple days of moving all over the pool and up the walls (as expected), it quit moving all together. Now it just sits wherever I place it when I turn the filter on. Being behind 30 days of purchase, Amazon nor the company will do anything about it. Don’t waste your money!!! (Or if you do, start using it immediately. Don’t wait at all to install… like I did.)
Stopped working Bought it in March, first tried it in May when I opened the pool. The thing used to scare me because it was almost climbing out of the water, working the sides of the pool. A little over 3 months later, now the thing barely climbs the incline between the deep and shallow end. Waste of good money.
NOT FOR USE WITH VARIABLE SPEED POOL PUMP Paperwork with the MX6 says must adjust suction to 10 wheel rotations every 20-25 seconds. I did this with the pump at low speed. When pump ran at high speed, the MX6 would climb the pool wall until it caught air and lose suction. I reviewed all paperwork and nowhere does it say to calculate at the fast or slow speed. I called the company and they said I should hook up the MX6 after the fast speed has finished, and I should not leave it in the pool all the time. I would not have purc... read more
Clogs easily If you live anywhere near palm trees do not buy this. Just one palm leaf from a palm frond will wrap around the mechanism inside and stop everything. Each and every time. This thing is not meant for tropical places… at all. But if you live anywhere near pebbles and rocks do not buy this. If you have half inch rocks forget it. Anyone who owns a pool knows that tiny rocks can get vacuumed up into the filter basket no problem. Not with this thing.
