Was told that my TENS machine was covered by insurance months ago and that I would be recieving monthly supply boxes and everything and then yesterday I get told that my insurance keeps denying and I may have to give the machine back? This is absolutely ridiculous. This is the only thing that helps me to get any pain relief to sleep at night. I need it, it’s not a want.

Send the billing in the responsible parents name in which the insurance was listed and not the child’s name! It’s a minor, a child! Even this is in the child’s name!!!!! You kept sending the bill in the child’s name and even after going through three people and two supervisors, you refused to go in and change the billing and take the child’s name and info of the bills!!!!!! Work with those of use, who are on Medicare & fixed incomes. Monthly out of pocket charges, are not an option for the disabled communities you serve.

I received several package of zynex medical package I didn't approve of unstill I received a statement Bill I thought client have to approve for the zynex medical package.
