I can only sat that I've experienced the greatest customer service ever with 4 seating. From the initial purchase with Joseph to the customer care/ service with Angela, I am happy. There was an issue with the delivery of my chairs and although I haven't received them yet, Angela arranged for me to get my chairs before super bowl Sunday, just in case the delivery doesn't arrive on time. We have only had two small issues in the three years we've owned the chairs. The first issue was fixed by tightening some screws on one of the chairs and the second will be fixed when we receive our free replacement part (parachute handle) on the love seat recliner that has worn over the years. Also we continue to get frequent compliments on our chairs by visitors.
Angela was so helpful with assisting with my order. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my order. I am so pleased with 4seating.
Purchased a home theater sectional from them about two years ago and we are absolutely in love with it! We were skeptical of spending so much through an online store but were not disappointed! So why am I writing this 2 years later? Well, SOMEBODY (yet to be identified) in our home broke the hinges on a swing down table on the sofa. I purchased 8 chairs from 4Seating and 1 was broken. I didn't notice the chair for about 2 months. I called customer service and within 3 days they shipped me a new chair no questions asked. Great company and great after sale service. Thanks again. I would recommend them to all my friends.
