I purchased 8 chairs from 4Seating and 1 was broken. I didn't notice the chair for about 2 months. I called customer service and within 3 days they shipped me a new chair no questions asked. Great company and great after sale service. Thanks again. I would recommend them to all my friends.
Our order shipped quickly and was delivered promptly. We did have a small warranty issue and the seat was promptly replaced with no hassle. Would highly recommend that you purchase with confidence!

I called and spoke to Clara who I originally purchased chairs from, and the same day Angela from customer service called. The next day a new chair was shipped!! Overall very good experience to buy Seatcraft Equinox theater seats from 4Seating.com. I can not say how much quality wise Seatcraft hold in future but so far I am very happy with my purchase. I had an issue with the Heritage Exposition Brown Leather 7000 Power Row of 3 Sofa w/ Middle Drop Down Table around 3 months after receiving it. I called customer service and described the issue with the sofa. I spoke with Anna Hernandez and then Richard Sanchez concerning the issue and was asked to send photos and a video of the issue with the arm rest on the sofa.
