Purchased a home theater sectional from them about two years ago and we are absolutely in love with it! We were skeptical of spending so much through an online store but were not disappointed! I purchased 8 chairs from 4Seating and 1 was broken. I didn't notice the chair for about 2 months. I called customer service and within 3 days they shipped me a new chair no questions asked. Great company and great after sale service. Thanks again. I would recommend them to all my friends.
Our order shipped quickly and was delivered promptly. We did have a small warranty issue and the seat was promptly replaced with no hassle. Would highly recommend that you purchase with confidence!
"I purchased two rows of four chairs for our home theater and when delivered one chair was not working properly.
