Ordering was simple. Delivery and install was top notch. I am very pleased with the quality and comfort. The only glitch was one of the cup holders was missing the rubber insert. 4Seating.com has been a wonderful experience, from the initial questions I had regarding the purchase of the movie theater chairs, to the delivery, to the service I received when there was an issue with one of the lights not working. I have never made such a large investment without seeing the product first, so I was a little nervous. But the chairs look and feel great, and everyone compliments them! e chair arm had a puncture from a shipping forklift. Hard to see during install, black on black damage, but I found it during electrical cord routing. Sent pic and described what the puncture looked like. John with customer service got back to me quickly and was able to find a solution very quickly. The family loves our chairs.
