Just wanted to give a big thank you to Joanna for the great customer service I received! I was in the process of looking for a storage unit after moving and she was super friendly, patient and helpful with all of the questions that I had as a first time renter. The storage facility was clean and very affordable compared to others that I considered as well. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely recommend this A1 location to anybody I know looking for a storage unit. Thanks again, Joanna!

I walked in needing a unit, the manager there was very nice and the assistant manager was very helpful. They not only made me feel welcome but encouraged me to check out different sizes based on my needs. I was expecting a common interaction but the 2 associates who helped me made my experience very pleasant. Ive rented storage units multiple times at the public storages near by and haven't always had the best experiences, I decided to try a-1 and it was a great decision! I highly recommend this store.

This place is 90 degree inside ( 3rd floor) during summer and it smells like a rat home. Suggest pay a bit more for climate control storage.
My boyfriend and I have been storing our items here for over a year now and we always recommend this facility to people in our networks. The place a little older but it's very well maintained and affordable storage solution. You will feel very welcome here by their friendly manager Joanna and staff. They are very professional and on top of things. I have always felt very safe here and I can say the same for my belongings.
Great customer service! Helped me get the best deal possible for my needs. Highly recommend this place. Ximena helped me bright and early and started my day off right.

First I will say the service was top notch. That is good but it does not come close to making up for the price increases. My RENT got regularly jacked up each year due to simple greed it appears, because their explanation does not hold water. EG My rent went from $160 to $173 in the first 6 months: That's an annual increase of 16%! And over several years it averaged to 6%!, or say roughly $10 every month. Thank you for your feedback, Mark. We, like most storage companies, move in customers at discounted rates. We, therefore, review those rates at 5-6 months and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. We then review rates again after another 12 months and evaluate market conditions and pricing.
