Made an online reservation and received an almost instant call and text to confirm, offering details about their business and answering any questions I might have. I loaded up my car and drove to the site, to greet a very friendly and helpful Phil (who I spoke with just 30 minutes earlier). He explained everything to me, showed me the reserved space, and I ended up going with an even smaller space after sharing some pricing options as I wanted to spend less than the spot I had reserved online.
