I've had storage untis with this location a couple of times. The last one was approximately 7 years ago and I decided to try them again if they had the size I needed for an impromptu need. I was in another state and reserved online. Then I missed my connecting fight and got stuck in a random city. They extended my reservation via text message. Made an online reservation and received an almost instant call and text to confirm, offering details about their business and answering any questions I might have. I loaded up my car and drove to the site, to greet a very friendly and helpful Phil (who I spoke with just 30 minutes earlier). He explained everything to me, showed me the reserved space, and I ended up going with an even smaller space after sharing some pricing options as I wanted to spend less than the spot I had reserved online.
