The location in Kearny mesa has been very helpful. from the very beginning I had picked somewhere convenient and called, I was helped by Rachel who was very nice and answered all my questions and made me feel c with the process. I showed up and was greeted by Miguel and Gerren, they were very quick and informative to get me on my way and show me how everything works. I'd highly recommend using this location for any storage needs.

Gerren has provided great customer service! A1 storage is a great place to use and the facility is very clean m safe and has easy access to get into my unit

Well, I rented a 5x5 unit and realized it was not big enough for my needs. Went back to the Office two days later and informed Gerren that I needed a 5x7 instead. He immediately assigned me a new unit. Thank goodness for Gerren because now I am totally satisfied.
