the sales representative, Marquis, was amazing. i was leaning towards another storage company nearby, but Marquis explained everything and it made sense...so i chose to store at A-1.

Don't be fooled by appearances. Yes, this place looks nice, safe, and secure but if you're concerned about random break-ins from local thieves -don't be. What you need to worry about is A1 and their "contracts" and definitely their ethics. Because once you put your stuff in their storage units you just gave them your things. You will loose everything in one swoop and you would have paid them probably several thousands of dollars beforehand too just so they can take you're stuff away from you. Lina is a great energy and set us up with the unit we needed. The terms of our contract were very favorable. The entire facility is immaculately maintaintained. I highly recommend A-1 Storage on High St. Alameda.
Great space, great location close to our apartment, very clean and tons of room to park bigger vehicles. Lina was extraordinarily helpful and very nice!! Highly recommend this location!

I came in last Thursday and needed a storage unit...It was a major last minute situation I was in..But I went there and the woman Jonhae at the front was wonderful at her job!!!!!! she's the reason I decided to stay n rent a space...she was very helpful and efficient while taking care of all the paperwork.
