I WANT TO LIKE YOU! So bad. On one hand, the units are clean and the staff seem friendly enough. On the other, the staff doesn't appear very well-trained and leave out a good load'a details when you enter that establishment. I had the misfortune of grabbing a unit online that I was set to finalize the details on once I arrived. One word. Prisma. She made me feel like a queen entering a kingdom when I entered their facility. Clean, informative, funny, the list is endless. Prisma's customer service was beyond spectacular. It was refreshing to see and feel that. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain things to me. I felt completely safe and assured that my belongings will be well taken care of.

We've had a great experience with A1. The units are clean and spacious and well lit. The staff is friendly especially Lataevia. She was a big help to us and got back to us quickly with questions or issues we had.

Prisma was a pleasure to work with. We came in with our 5 year old and she was able to help us quickly and we were able to find a storage that fits our needs and really close to home. Our experience seemed efficient and she was pretty up front about the cost. Plus she has a great sense of humor!
Good security, clean place. Unfortunately that is where the pros end. The units are significantly smaller than advertised (5x8 more like 3x8) but they tell you "size varies by unit" and they nickel and dime you for everything (insurance, special locks, etc). The manager is completely unhelpful and standoffish. I will be leaving this place ASAP.
