I have used storage units for the last 20+ years, mostly with various Public Storage locations. They have all been basically good, and I have no complaints. But in looking for a new unit I stumbled across A-1 Self Storage on Ball in Anaheim and I have been very impressed! They offer everything that other storage companies do, but then they take it up a notch. I wish I had found them 10 years ago! This location is very clean and the staff are very professional. Marisol and Amy are very friendly and their customer service skills are second to none. First thing I noticed was that it was both clean and secure. Employees Marisol and Amy were both friendly and helpful. Prices were also less than other companies in the area and located close to my home.
