I had an agent whose name was anthony, he came in very nice very kind easy to talk to and very greetable. His customer service was professional accurate and knowledgeable. He has changed my life after a burglary recently, I now feel more secure safe and at home! I have animals so I can literally, talk to them anywhere I'm at tell them when they go to the bathroom if I think they have to go! :-) I think Chick-fil-A I think them for hiring someone like Anthony who came in very promptly and professionally. We updated our system with AAASmart Home. Kai Harris was the lead on this project and he was terrific. He was very efficient and knew just what needed to be replaced and upgraded. He went around the house and made sure everything was working properly. He added cameras to the outside and then taught us how to use the app. He was patient, kind and very smart. He was a pleasure to work with. AAA Smart Home is lucky to have someone like Kai on their staff!

Anthony T. and Derek C were the two technicians that fulfilled my order. They both possess a wealth of experience, expertise and professionalism. The initial evaluation for the needed smart devices was very thorough and detail. Poor customer service. Equipment doesn't work well. Door camera sucks! Charge for any service even though you pay a monthly fee.

Would give a zero star if available. The absolute WORST business I've ever dealt with in every way. Do not use this company for a home alarm system. I just called for the 5th time this month (both of my sisters each have called repeatedly too for the same issue) yet the agent literally just said he could not set up an appointment for a technician to come out. He said only tech support can do that but they aren't answering him as he calls them for me. Great! So I ask for the direct line and he says he doesn't have one. What?!... read more

I'm not even sure where to begin. The camera on the doorbell and on the control panel would never connect for a live feed if someone was in front of my door. Several times it was armed and I was inside my apartment without disarming it and it never went off. Billing. Lol it really was regular free comedy. We were lucky to have our home installed with Smart home. The technicians were professional and explained everything down to a T. I'm very happy with the install! My technicians were Anthony and Ying great job fellas!
