They are only good for insurance, once the system reaches its data camera stops recording. Then you have to pay for extra data. I took off the AAA doorbell and replaced it with the ring doorbell. Don't waste your money buy the ring and go with another security company.

We recently had Aaa Smart home security installed at our home in Alamo. Doug Khalil was our technician and boy were we glad. He was very experienced and professional. Without him we would not have had our security system installed in one day. It was pouring rain and Doug got all our outdoor cameras installed along with the smart door locks, thermostat, smart doorbell camera and many extras. Thank you Aaa for hiring such great professionals. A a big thank you to Doug. Happy in Alamo

My husband and I recently had a full house Smart Home security system installed by Philippe, Billy, and Ying from AAA Smart Home and they were fabulous. They were responsive, knowledgeable, walked my husband and I through all the options for our security system and did not add on any unnecessary features. We switched over from ADT to AAA. I already had AAA for my car and house insurance, and they were offering a much lower monthly rate all while offering a lot more services. The customer service representative on the phone was very helpful and thorough in explaining how the change will happen, when, and the costs. There were no hidden fees. AMAZING! i can't say anymore about the installation. Doug and Billy gave me a call and let me know their ETA so I knew how far they were. They came in and were very professional throughout our conversation. They walked the house with me and I gave them my input and they helped me with their professional advice as well. We have been longtime customers (dating back to the Safeguard days) at multiple houses we have owned. We recently moved and yesterday, Alex and Rudy installed a full new system at the house, covering every aspect of home and health security. They were great, professional and fun. Their orientation and careful attention to what elements and options would work best for us was very appreciated. Never at any step of the process did we feel oversold. Also amazing how far technology has come!

Generally I'm happy with their service, though their website is awful. Can't get copies of invoices/statements. Receipts of payments that come to me via email were unreadable. I reported this and I am told this has been fixed.... but I'll see if that is the case when I get my receipt this month.
