Decided to make changes to my home alarm and it was an easy process from beginning to end. Wonderful staff who supported with the quote and overview - Denise and scheduling my appt with Fatiuma. The tech home pros - Brando and Alex were very prompt, hardworking and able to answer all my questions. Both installed my alarm system within TAT and cleared all mess they made.

Thank you Kenzo at AAA Smart Home Pros. Very informative, polite and helpful even after having to wait a bit for my unexpected delay. Kenzo was great explaining our "need to knows" and showing step by step instructions he had us do a run through and patiently answered any questions we had. Very nice person, definitely recommend.

This company (AAA - SMART HOME) is the absolute worst! They were not even monitoring my home while taking money from me. STAY AWAY! They deserve ZERO starts, but you have to give at least one.

We got a technician by the name of Souk Mang to help install our home security devices and it went so smoothly. He answered all of our questions, made us feel comfortable throughout the installation process and was just a pleasure working with. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you for all your help!
The latest problems with AAA Smart Home started in the beginning of February 2023. The main panel in the master bedroom is fine. The panel by the front door kept saying: panel response not received when I pressed the keys. Then the keypad by the garage had delayed messages so that I couldn't leave the house. The keypad didn't respond to my pressing the buttons. This happened off and on and I had techs at my house on 2/3/23, 2/20/23, 3/10/23 and 3/25/23. I've had a lot of security systems in the past but AAA Smart home is by far my favorite. It's user friendly, tech savy, dependable, secure and extremely affordable. But what really makes it the best is the service, my install tech especially Derek Covell is by far the best him and his crew.
